Wetterline® reverse osmosis system Limited Warranty
The Wetterline® Reverse Osmosis System is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use within the operating parameters below. For a period of one year from the date of original purchase, WetterWater.com will repair or replace any part of the reverse osmosis system that we find to be defective with the exception of the replaceable filters and membranes.
Conditions of Warranty
The above warranty does not apply to any part of the Wetterline® Reverse Osmosis System because of negligence, misuse, alteration, misapplication, accident, installation, or operation contrary to our instructions, incompatibility with accessories not installed by WetterWater.com, or damage caused by freezing, flood, fire, or act of God, is not covered by this warranty. In all such cases, regular charges will apply. This limited warranty does not include service to diagnose a claimed malfunction in this unit. This warranty is void if the claimer is not the original purchaser of the unit or if the unit is not operated under normal municipal water or well water conditions.
We assume no warranty liability in connection with this reverse osmosis system other than that specified herein. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not authorize any person or representative to assume for us any other obligations on the sale of this reverse osmosis system. Behind this product are years of research, design, and production skills. Wetterline® reverse osmosis systems have been carefully tested and approved at the factory. Through this warranty, we are demonstrating our confidence in WetterWater.com water filtration equipment.
Warranty service provided under the following conditions:
- Contact WetterWater.com to obtain return authorization instructions.
- Ship the reverse osmosis system or part freight prepaid for warranty evaluation or service. Reverse osmosis system must be returned in the original carton or packaged to prevent possible damage. Reverse osmosis systems or parts covered under the warranty shall be repaired (or, at our option replaced) and returned without charge.
