For a period of 30 days from the date of original purchase, WetterWater.com will refund the purchase price of the residential reverse osmosis system for any reason except damage to any part of product because of negligence, misuse, alteration, misapplication, accident, installation, or operation contrary to our instructions, incompatibility with accessories not installed by WetterWater.com, or damage caused by freezing, flood, fire, or act of God, is not covered by this warranty.
Warranty does not include costs related to shipping, freight or transportation. This warranty is void if the claimer is not the original purchaser of the unit or if the unit is not operated under normal municipal water, well water conditions, meeting the specified standard operating conditions, and with potable water.
Return Policy
Please call or email Customer Service for return authorization. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Products must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition with all accessories and documentation. Items are returned at shipper’s expense. WetterWater.com is not liable for shipping, freight or transportation costs, or for items damaged during shipping. COD shipments will not be accepted. If your original order was placed under our Free Shipping promotion, the original shipping savings for the returned products will be subtracted from your refund amount, unless the products are defective. Filter elements and membrane elements may only be returned if unopened with the original packaging intact.
